Here are some codes for calculating angular momentum coupling coefficients by various authors. Contributions in other languages are welcome.

There have been some other online AM coupling calculators available, but the sites come and go over time, so I've sort of stopped linking to them, except the following one. It can be much quicker than mine especially for large arguments because it is not analytic:
